Account Administration Overview
This overview outlines the steps for setting up a new account on Administration Platform. It is intended for Uniphore and Partner delivery teams, as well as any teams that require demo environments.
Prerequisites
Before you can complete the actions described in this section, the following prerequisites must be met:
Most account administration tasks (e.g., creating a new account, managing users, setting up integrations, etc.) can be completed by a Partner Admin in the Product Management area of the Uniphore Partner Portal. However, deploying applications requires Super Admin access.
Note
Additional prerequisites may be needed to add applications or integrations to the account, depending on which ones you’re using.

After completing the steps above, users must be added to the account. This can be done by anyone with the Account Administrator role (See Step 1 for instructions on assigning Account Administrators to a new account).
