Managing AI Agents

You can easily manage a Uniphore AI Agent and its components as you develop and test it for use at runtime.

Editing AI Agent Details

  1. On the AI Agents page, in the upper right corner of the AI Agent you want to edit, click the Ellipse xf-Tools-Ellipse_icon.png icon and select Edit Details. The Edit AI Agent Details dialog will be displayed.

  2. Make the desired changes to the AI Agent details. For information about Edit AI Agent Details dialog fields, click here. Note that some details of an AI Agent cannot be edited after its creation.

  3. At the lower right corner of the dialog, click Save. The new details will be saved to the AI Agent.

Deleting an AI Agent

  1. On the AI Agents page, in the upper right corner of the AI Agent you want to delete, click the Ellipse xf-Tools-Ellipse_icon.png icon and select Delete. A confirmation message will appear.

  2. To confirm the deletion, click Yes.
