For SFTP-based workflows, reach out to your designated Orby contact. Once you provide your public key, we'll set up the users for you. Your organization folder will be the root folder. Users can then log in using their private key and access the SFTP folder for document uploads. Remember to encrypt files in "gpg" format before uploading, using the keys we provide.
