SFTP Add User

Default Mode: Admins can invite users who've logged into our website to review tasks. The tasks can be either assigned or left unassigned. Orby AI will show all tasks for users to review

There’s an option to include second-round reviewers to check work that the first reviewers looked at. You can pick a percentage of work for the second round randomly.

Add advanced conditions admins can add advanced conditions when assigning reviewers

Admins can create conditions for schema, and depending on that, assign tasks to different reviewers

Assisted mode: Orby will ask for review based on conditions like low confidence, task can be left unassgined in this mode as well

Add advanced conditions admins can also add advanced conditions in the assisted mode

Auto-Pilot Mode: Orby AI will handle everything, no user review required

Assisted mode for classification tasks

For classification tasks in assisted mode, if the document is predicted as "OrbyAI_Unknown", it will always trigger human review

Assign task based on SFPT file name

In a SFTP worklow configured with manual assignment, tasks may remain unassigned by default. However, users have the option to append a username to filenames if they wish to assign the task to a specific user. The filename follows a fixed format:

Format: <file_name>_09suf90_<username>.pdf.gpg.

Here, "_09suf90_" serves as the separator, and anything between this separator and ".pdf" represents the username to whom the task should be assigned. It's important to note that the user must be part of the worklow to be assigned the task.

If the separator is present, Orby will trim the filename to "<file_name>.pdf.gpg". If the separator is absent or the specified user is not part of the worklow, the task will remain unassigned. Additionally, it's worth noting that the username in this context refers only to the username component of the email address, preceding the "@" separator.
