Gmail to Google Sheet Extraction Template
This template extract entities from Gmail email body to a Google sheet
For step 2, the trigger condition is whenever an email with the defined label is received
If you would like every new email to trigger this workflow, select “Inbox“ from the ‘Create trigger condition‘ step The processed email messages will be labeled “Orby:{workflow-name}“
For step 4, make sure to create a Google Sheet beforehand, and the extracted entities will live in the Google Sheet
Tips for defining schema
The max number for schema size is 85 for simple entities and 32 tables (nested entities).
Schema name only allows lowercase letters, numbers, underscores "_", dashes "-", and single space “ “ “*” is allowed in the beginning for Notes entities
