Key Topics
For each topic, it will show a bar chart of individuals versus company average for the past 90 days (similar to Convo Stats).
1. Trending Topics
Shows all discussions organized by MEDDIC sales methodologies and Industry categories. The trending topics can be filtered by team occurrences or company occurrences. Click a topic to see the details of the topic in the Information pane on the right. Click a trending topic to view all it's Key Moments.
2. Information Pane
Shows the sales rep Leaderboard and meeting moments associated with the topic selection in the left pane in terms of Occurrences (default) and Customer Sentiment. Clicking on the sales rep icon shows the sales rep's improve page. Click on Customer Sentiment to view it's details. It shows the Company Average, Team Average and the sales rep's average as shown below. The team average and the sales rep average are shown as a horizontal bar graph for both occurrences and customer sentiment.
