The Google-based workflow templates include the following

For step 2, make sure to create a folder beforehand

For step 4, make sure to create a Google Sheet beforehand

Select a sheet that the extracted entities will be written to. Ensure the selected sheet has just one tab. For each file that this workflow processes, it will add a new row to the sheet.
