Getting started
Select the process you want to observe
Ensure it is a browser-based process
Identify the team members who will be observed
Gather an SOP or identify a team member who can use record the “golden trace” to teach Orby the process to be observed
Reach out to your Orby contact who can create your organization’s accounts on the Orby Process Discovery Platform
Install the Orby Chrome Extension on the devices of all users who will be part of the observation process
