Flags
The far left column of the results panel shows any flags associated with each recording. Use them to quickly spot general information, such as whether the recording is locked, transcribed, or has annotations. The list below provides the common flags – it’s not an exhaustive list, but we try to keep this as up-to-date as possible.
 | The call has a transcript available. |
 | The call has at least one Annotation. |
 | The call has at least one Lock. |
 | The call is accompanied by a screen recording. |
 | The call is locked as part of a Retention policy. |
