Document Management
Document Management allows you to upload, version, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other knowledge documents that provide the information used by agents to generate responses.
It integrates with the document ingestion workflow to help ensure that agents use up-to-date and approved source content. The document ingestion workflow is managed in Business AI Cloud.
Accessing Data Ingestion
Navigate to Setup > Document Management. The Data Ingestion page in Business AI Cloud.
The Data Ingestion page allows you to build and manage data pipelines that bring data into Business AI Cloud. Each pipeline defines an end-to-end processing path from a configured source connector to a knowledge base destination. The workflow transforms structured and unstructured source data into content stored in a vector database for use in RAG, knowledge graphs, semantic search, and analytics.
