The deals page shows the detailed in-depth insights of the various deals. It consists of the tabs listed below:

Sentiment and Engagement Trend Graph

Using this interactive graph, you can review this deal’s sentiment and engagement trends. These trends Indicate the overall Insights health condition. A downward trending sentiment is a warning signal to the sales rep and calls for corrective actions. Hover the cursor on one of the dots or the trend lines on the trend graph, and the average sentiment or engagement is displayed.

Insights

Select the insights icon on the graph to view the insights of the specifc month. The insight details are defined below:

  • All –Displays the consolidated list of insights captured.  

  • Engagement – Provides insights into the frequency of engagement.  

  • Win/Loss Signals - Displays clear signs of successful or unsuccessful deal outcomes.  

  • Objection – Displays the summary of objections raised by customer.  

  • Competitors – Displays moments when participants discuss about competitors.

Timeline

The timelines are color coded based on the deal stages. The activities like the number of meetings and number of emails in the deal stages are identified with colored dots.

Action Items

Displays the action items at particular timelines in the meeting. Click the play button to view the action item in the meeting. You can filter the action items from the drop down (pending or completed).

Click the Mark as complete icon to mark the action item as completed.

Click the delete icon to delete the action item.

Standing

Standing status refers to the current position or condition of a deal in its lifecycle, providing insights into its progress and potential outcomes. It is governed by several key metrics that help evaluate the health and viability of the deal:

  • Topic Coverage: This metric assesses whether essential topics relevant to the deal have been addressed during interactions with the prospective customer. It indicates the comprehensiveness of discussions and alignment with customer needs.

  • Recent Activity: This metric tracks the frequency and engagement level of recent interactions between the involved parties, such as meetings and email exchanges. It offers a snapshot of the deal's momentum and engagement.

  • Duration: Duration measures the length of time that an opportunity has remained open or active. It provides insights into the deal's stage in the sales cycle and its potential for advancement or closure.

  • Customer Sentiment: This metric evaluates the overall sentiment or attitude expressed by the customer during interactions related to the opportunity. It helps gauge customer satisfaction, interest, or concerns, influencing the likelihood of deal progression.

  • Activity Volume: Activity Volume quantifies the volume of engagements associated with the opportunity, including meetings and email communications. It offers an indication of the level of effort and attention dedicated to nurturing the deal.
