Data Collection via Chrome Extension
Lightweight user side capture with minimal disruption, no integrations needed.
Each observed user:
Installs the Orby Chrome extension.
Selects a window via Chrome’s native screen sharing dialog.
Can freely switch tabs, but Orby only tracks activity in the selected window.
Starts/stops observation via the extension, but manual triggers aren't needed each time the process runs; Orby detects when a tracked process begins and ends, filtering out irrelevant noise. Orby segments activity into distinct process instances - e.g., if 4 invoices are processed in one session, Orby can create 4 clean instances for analysis.
