Credit Actuals
Important
Only account Administrators have access to the Credit Actuals.
The Credit Actuals feature provides enterprise-grade metering and cost attribution with complete transparency into platform usage. This centralized system tracks platform resource consumption in real-time, automatically converting inference activities into standardized credits for clear cost visibility and accurate billing.
Inference is the process of querying LLMs on the Business AI Cloud platform to generate AI-powered responses and insights.
You can access this feature from Business AI Cloud's home page.
Click the Admin icon in the left-side panel.
The Admin page opens.
Click the Credit Actuals tab to access the comprehensive credit usage analytics dashboard.
Select the desired time range to update all dashboard metrics and visualizations accordingly.
Key Metrics
The metrics below vary based on the selected date filters:
Credit Usage - Your organization's total credit allocation and remaining credits, shown alongside the percentage consumed.
Total Inferences - Total number of queries made to LLMs.
Avg Daily Burn - Average credits consumed per day.
Credits Used - Credits consumed during the selected period.
Credits Available - Remaining credits in your allocation.
Analytics Sections
The metrics below vary based on the selected date filters:
Credits Used Over Time - This graph shows how your organization's credits change over a selected time period. It plots your total credit allocation against the credits you've actually used, so you can identify usage trends and forecast future needs.
To view the graph on Actual Credits Used, Cumulative Credits Used, and Total Credits, select one or more on their own from the bottom of the graph, or click the Ellipsis
icon to view and select those options.To export credits usage data for the configured time frame, click the Download
icon. The data is exported as an Excel file to your local system.To view consumption as a continuous trend line, click the Line chart
icon.To view consumption as individual bars per time period, click the Column chart
icon.
Skills Used for Credit Consumption - You can view a pie chart and a detailed breakdown of how credits are distributed across the different platforms' skill operations:
Data Ops - Credits consumed by data connector activity, ingestion pipelines, RAG pipeline operations, and embedding generation.
To view a day-by-day breakdown of credit consumption for data-related activities, click the Expand > icon on the Data Ops card.
Agent Ops - Credits consumed by agent executions, LLM inference calls initiated by agents, and agentic workflow steps.
To view credit consumption broken down by individual agent, click the Expand > icon on the Agent Ops card.
FineTune Ops - Credits consumed during SLM fine-tuning jobs, LoRA adapter training, and evaluation runs.
Model & Action Skills - Credits consumed by direct model inference calls and individual action executions outside of agent workflows.
