Creating a Self-Service Agent
Like all Uniphore AI Agents, a Self-Service Agent is created using our Agentic Systems. Upon creation, it is configured to use LLM-based capabilities. For complete details on creating AI Agents, click here.
After it is created, the new AI Agent will be displayed on the Self-Service Agent page along with other existing Agents.
