Assign the Configuration Template to Uniphore or Third-Party Applications
After creating and validating the Configuration Template, an Account Admin or Business Analyst can assign it to a Uniphore Experience in Real-Time Guidance Agent, as well as to third-party applications.
Note
Only the Configuration Template with a Published state can be assigned to products or third-party applications.
