User Administration Overview
Administration Platform offers extensive user administration features to make adding and maintaining users for your account faster and simpler.
Administration Platform provides a single, browser-based application for configuring, maintaining, and monitoring all Uniphore products. As an Administrator, benefit from end-to-end account and user life cycle management from one intuitively designed user interface (UI).

Uniphore is in the process of migrating many Administration Platform features that are currently accessed via X-Console and Cloud Admin management applications to our new, streamlined UI. We're performing this migration progressively in order to reduce any impacts on your existing account configurations and workflows, wherever possible.
