Set Up Workflow
Name your workflow, add a brief description, and provide the task time of your existing approach, then click Next.
Create Trigger Condition
This is not configurable. (The organization name decides the parent folder and the subfolder is created based on workflow name). This task-triggering event occurs for every new file added within the new folder on the SFTP server. As part of this process, several new subfolders are generated within this main folder.
OrbyAI_Scheduled : Whenever a user drops a file for SFTP or GDrive workflows, it will move to the new “OrbyAI_Scheduled” folder inside the workflow folder, which means Orby gets the file and will process it.
OrbyAI_Pending : This folder houses documents currently undergoing processing by Orby AI
OrbyAI_Completed : Completed files are relocated to this folder
OrbyAI_User_Declined : In cases of user-initiated task declines, the respective files are stored here
OrbyAI_System_Declined : Files encountering system errors find placement in this folder.
OrbyAI_System_Predictions : Prediction results in JSON format are stored here after files are moved to the completed folder
Large files
PDF with 100+ pages will lead to a System Declined task with the error "Oversized file”
