Quota
For each workflow, a user can have a maximum of 100 tasks to review. If every reviewer has reached this capacity, we will temporarily stop assigning new tasks.
Best Practice Tips
One best practice recommendation is to complete the initial three tasks produced by extraction workflows or the first task generated by classification workflows before moving on to additional tasks. Please see the Quota section for more details.
If initial learnings is needed or the quota has been met, users will see a notification banner show up, the next recommended action is to click “Review tasks“, which will filter out the list of tasks users need to prioritize to review, in order to unblock the rest of the tasks.
Learning quality
When users see ‘Low Learning Quality‘ show up next to the task name, that means the data retention policy is turned on for this workflow, and this workflow may need more trainings and examples to reach the required threshold to deliver quality predictions.
