How Task Assignment Works
In our current workflow configurations, administrators can add a list of reviewers, also known as users. Tasks are distributed to these users using a round-robin approach, for example, if there are 2 reviewers and 3 tasks generated, the first task will go to reviewer A, the second task will go to reviewer B, and the third task will go to reviewer A again.
Maximum number of pending tasks
Each reviewer can have a maximum of 100 pending tasks per workflow
