How to Test a Fact?

The conversation can be tested against a fact in order to view the result based on the selected Fact type.

When you click Save & Test, the Test to Validate window appears, showing a list of conversations. In the search box, enter a few characters of the Session ID to find conversations from the list. Click the Filter icon available in each title and enter the value to filter the conversation accordingly. Each conversation includes:

  • Conversation ID: Unique ID

  • Date: Uploaded date

  • Organization: Organization name

You can select one or more conversations for Test. For Bulk testing, select multiple conversations and click Test.

Note

Up to 30 conversations can be selected at a time for testing.

In the notification, click Go to Results. The time taken to test depends on the number of conversations being tested. Once the conversations are selected, the testing process begins, and the Results of the test and the Status of the testing process (e.g., Completed) are displayed on the screen. The Result screen appears.

In the case of Bulk testing, the result screen displays the Query, Results, and the list of conversations that were selected for testing.

The Query is editable. Once you modify, click re-run test to test the conversation with the updated query.

The Results show a visual representation of the outcome based on the Fact Type. Mouse hover to see the count of conversations in each category.

Note

Currently, Boolean facts and List facts are visualized as pie charts and word clouds, respectively. Other fact types do not have visualization.

Click each row of the conversation to view the Results and Transcript specific to the conversation. The Result contains:

  • Type: Fact Type

  • Result: Outcome based on the Fact type (Example: True/False for Boolean)

  • Where Detected: Timestamp(s) of query results in the conversation

    Note

Click the timestamp to jump to that moment in the transcript.

  • Explanation: An AI-generated description that provides context about the Fact being evaluated and details the result of the evaluation.
