Communication Recording Agent and Alvaria

Integration Overview
Uniphore provides an active call recording integration for the Alvaria Systems Predictive Dialer, an inbound and outbound auto-dialer that accompanies telephony platforms. This integration makes use of the CTI Triggered Recording feature to determine when audio capture is active. Login, Logout, StartCall, EndCall, and UpdateCall events are captured from the Alvaria DRS-3P system using the Uniphore Alvaria CTI Server. These events are passed to the Integration Adapter (a service running within the Collector), which uses them to determine when to start and stop call capture from the telephony system — a method commonly known as CTI-Triggered Recording.,

Multi-Tenancy
The Alvaria CTI Server has been designed to receive messages from multiple Alvaria DRS-3P servers simultaneously and can connect to multiple Integration Adapters (effectively multiple Collectors). The Uniphore Alvaria CTI Server attempts to subscribe to all devices registered in any Collector it is synced with.
Some integrations support multi-tenancy using a single Collector while others require multiple Collectors for multi-tenancy. The diagrams below show how the Uniphore Alvaria CTI Server can connect to multiple Alvaria DRS-3P servers and telephony systems as required.
