Communication Recording Agent Alvaria DRS 3P Technical Guidelines
This document offers a technical overview of the Communication Recording Agent call recording integration with the Alvaria Data Retrieval System Third Party (DRS-3P) Systems Predictive Dialer. It’s designed to help System Administrators manage and maintain a Communication Recording Agent/Alvaria system and to provide relevant configuration that can be performed by a suitably qualified administrator/engineer. This topic covers the Alvaria (DRS-3P) component only, and is intended to be used in conjunction with a supported Communication Recording Agent recording integration, such as SIPREC. This is used to trigger call recording using CTI-Triggered Recording and to capture additional metadata not available through the accompanying integration.
