Add Tasks
For API automation workflows, there are three ways to generate a task:
Add an eligible file into the Workflow data input source.
Use the Create new executions API
Click the “+ Add Tasks” button on the Tasks page to add a group of files manually.
Generated tasks will be assigned to the people who uploaded the files
Only available to Google Drive, SFTP and Microsoft OneDrive based workflows.
Max total file size is 100MB.
Max number of files is 20.
Supported file types are: PDF, JPEG, JPG, PNG, TIF, TIFF, BMP, WEBP, GIF
Using “Add Tasks”: the workflow reviewer will be the person who added this task
Please note that when using the “Add Tasks“ button to upload documents, the reviewers will be the person who added this task, instead of reviewers defined in the workflow mode
