AI safety and compliance considerations receive very high priority at Uniphore, especially since AI offerings are often at the center of business value for our customers.
Uniphore's Agentic Systems are built and maintained using strict, responsible, operational oversight as well as compliance with our corporate ethical standards. Our long experience in developing AI systems for a wide variety of users helps us to deeply understand its many requirements and challenges.
To ensure the ongoing ethical development, deployment, and management of our AI systems, Uniphore has carefully designed and implemented a robust AI governance framework, overseen by a dedicated Responsible AI Committee that is charged with:
Developing and maintaining AI governance policies; and
Managing escalation processes for AI-related risks and issues.
Additionally, as detailed in our corporate-level AI governance document, Uniphore provides ongoing education and training programs for our employees to ensure they understand AI risks, governance policies, and ethical considerations.
