Oct 8, 2024 Release notes
The following features are available only to selected customers. Please contact Customer Success to enable them for your UI automation worklows.
Schedule a workflow to run
Admins will see a new ‘Schedule” tab in UI automation worklows. From there, they can set one-time, daily, weekly or monthly scheduled runs. Multiple schedules can be added for daily, weekly or monthly options Admins can enable, disable, edit or delete schedules
Setup: to run scheduled worklows, ensure the extension is installed. Then, go to Settings and toggle the “Scheduled Worklow Execution” option on to register the machine for executions
Multi-Bot executions: We now support multi-bot executions for scheduled worklow, this allows worklows to run simultaneously on multiple VMs (Virtual Machines) or local machines. To enable this feature, follow these steps:
Install the Orby extension and ensure the ‘Scheduled Worklow Execution’ Settings is enabled on all VMs or local machines
Log in to the same account associated with the extension on all machines prior to the execution, because the account token expires every 24 hours
Make sure the same accounts are assigned as reviewers of the worklow
During execution, the system will locate all registered machines and distribute the workload among them. For example, if Orby discovered 50 jobs, it will create 50 executions and distribute them across the available VMs and local machines.
Secret management: To ensure a successful execution of a worklow, make sure to add account info for the log-in steps, the execution will be ran under this account after added
Human-in-the-loop for reconciliation
During the execution of worklows, when Orby has low confidence, it will reach out for human feedback, which was referred to as ‘Human-in-the-loop’ User can drag & drop to arrange the order or enter the number of matched row in the ‘Match’ column
The right panel presents the original data of the system reference, and it’s collapsible After finishing the reconciliation, user can click “Proceed” to resume the execution
