Microsoft Outlook to Excel Extraction Template
This template extract entities from Microsoft Outlook email body to an Excel workbook. For workflow setup steps, please refer to this article on the 5 steps to set up your workflow and add users. Here are the differences:
The trigger condition is whenever an email with the defined label is received
If you would like every new email to trigger this workflow, select “All Emails“ from the ‘Create trigger condition‘ step
Otherwise, define categories and rules in Outlook before you set up this workflow to fit your preferences
The processed email messages will be labeled “Orby:{workflow-name}“ The extracted entities will live in the Excel workbook
Tips for defining schema
The max number for schema size is 85 for simple entities and 32 tables (nested entities).
Schema name only allows lowercase letters, numbers, underscores "_", dashes "-", and single space “ “ “*” is allowed in the beginning for Notes entities
