Localization

Conversation Insights Agent is equipped to view the application in your preferred language. Currently, Chrome and Firefox users can leverage this feature. Date and time values are displayed according to the chosen language and browser settings. We currently support English, Spanish, Italian, and French.

To change the application to your preferred language

For Chrome Users:

  1. Open the browser settings of Chrome by clicking the three vertical dots at the top-right corner and then selecting Settings.

  2. Select Languages from the left menu to go to the Preferred languages.

  3. Click Add languages. A dialog appears displaying the list of languages. Select the language(s) and click Add.

  4. The newly added language(s) appear at the end of the Preferred languages.

  5. Move the target translation language to the top of the list.

  6. Set the system date and time to match your timezone.

  7. Refresh your browser, and the application is displayed in your preferred language and with the new time zone.

For Firefox Users:

  1. Open the Firefox settings by clicking the menu button (three horizontal lines) and then selecting Settings.

  2. Go to the General panel and find the Language section.

  3. Click the Set Alternatives button to open the Firefox Language Settings window.

  4. Choose a language from the dropdown and click Add. If the language you want isn't listed, click Search for more languages.

  5. Use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to arrange your preferred languages. The top language in the list will be the primary display language.

  6. Set the system date and time to match your timezone.

  7. Restart Firefox for the changes to take effect. You can see the application in the new language and time zone.
