Bulk Data Export Overview
Customers may use other analytical tools to analyze their conversations that are processed in Conversation Insights Agent. In such cases, the following APIs are used to export, store, and retrieve data as needed.
Bulk Data Export API: This API exports the conversation data processed by Conversation Insights Agent to a shared location.
Bulk Data Export Status API: This API provides the current status of the scheduled data export job along with its completion percentage.
Fetch Pre-signed URL: This API provides the pre-signed URL required to retrieve the stored data from the database.
